New Parking Signs in Watercolor Town Center
This week (2/2/2024), parking signage was installed in the Town Center in preparation for the launch of WaterColor’s new parking program. On March 1st, the Passport Parking Program will go live, and parking in Town Center will require hangtag credentials for condo owners and businesses, homeowner parking stickers, or a paid parking session from the Passport App, depending on where you park.
Beginning March 1st, please pay attention to the signs posted on WaterColor Boulevard South and in nearby lots to ensure you’re parking in a space designated for the public. Don’t forget to place your homeowner credential in your vehicle so you can park for free in paid parking lots.
Ice every single day.
PRC Parking
The parking rules for the PRC have not changed. We own the parking spaces under the purgula along the building and on the north side next to 30A. All owners and visitors must park in those spaces. If you park in the Inn’s spaces you may be booted or towed. Starting on March 1, 2024 your unit will have a parking tag in it. Please put this parking tag so that it is very visible in the window of your vehicle. If need one additional tag please contact Geri.
The PRC also recommends you go to the Watercolor office behind the Publix and obtain an owner tag for your vehicle.
