The PRC has been part of the WaterColor community since 2004.
Our building has four floors and eleven unique units, each divided into eight ownership shares that buyers and sellers can trade on the open real estate market.
The PRC is guided by a three-member Board of Directors who care deeply about keeping everything running smoothly. They partner with Virtuous Management, our onsite management team, to help ensure that the building stays welcoming, well-maintained, and enjoyable for everyone who calls it home.
