The WaterColor Private Residence Club (PRC) is part of the beautiful and charming WaterColor community. Located in stunning Santa Rosa Beach, Florida, and minutes from the soft, sandy shore of the Emerald Coast, this unique real estate opportunity is perfect for families who don’t want to commit fully to a second home for vacation purposes.
The PRC building has four floors and eleven units. Each PRC unit contains luxury furnishings and finishes and sleeps six adult guests comfortably. Guests will enjoy two spacious bedrooms and two separate bathrooms, along with an open living area and a fully-equipped kitchen. Two separate balconies frame each unit’s living space.
The PRC is guided by a three-member Board of Directors who care deeply about ensuring your PRC vacation experience runs smoothly. Together, with the licensed community association manager (CAM) Geri (gerihmorrison@gmail.com) and the reservation coordinator Zoe (zoe@prcreservations.com), the PRC team works diligently to ensure that our owners and guests enjoy a comfortable, well-maintained, and beautiful vacation destination during their time on the Emerald coast.
