Welcome Back
- There are six wristbands in each unit that provide entrance to the WaterColor Beach Club, Camp WaterColor, and the beach access boardwalk. Please make sure all six are in the unit when you arrive. If any wristbands are missing at your time of check-out, you will be billed $50 for each missing wristband.
- You do not need to bring beach towels; you can check them out when entering the Beach Club and Camp WaterColor.
- If you notice any damage to the unit or missing items when you arrive, please immediately inform our community association manager (CAM) at the 24-hour service number: 417-860-9822. This will help us improve your stay and keep you from being charged upon check-out.
A Breezy Stay
- Pets are not allowed in the units, except service animals as defined by Florida law.
- Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property.
- There is a limit of six adults per unit.
- Each unit has six wristbands in the unit. These are inventoried at the end of each stay, and you will be charged $50 for each missing band.
- Owners can give away primary and secondary week stays to non-owners, but remain responsible for any non-owner occupants.
- There is a $100 fine for parking in the street or in any non-parking area.
- Trash cans are located at the northern end of the building. Please use these cans to discard all your trash before you leave.
- Do not hang towels on the balcony or leave items on the balcony outside of your room.
- If you see something that needs repair, please call the 24-hour service number (417-860-9822).
Before You Head Home
- Deposit all trash in the garbage cans at the north end of the building.
- Check all drawers, closets, and cabinets for personal items.
- Please verify there are six wristbands hanging on the wall hooks near the front door. If there are fewer than six wristbands, you will be charged $50 for each missing band.
- Load all dirty dishes into the dishwasher and start the machine.
- Check the washer and dryer for any personal items.
- Remove all food from the refrigerator and discard it in the trashcans located at the northern end of the building.
- Place all dirty towels in the bathtub or shower in each bathroom.
- Set the thermostat to 72 or higher in the summer, or 68 or lower in the winter. This helps us save utility costs.
- Make sure the stove and oven are off.
- Unplug the coffee pot.
- Remove personal streaming devices and/or log out of all streaming accounts on all of the TVs.
- Lock balcony doors.
- Turn off all lights.
- Any items left in the locker room must fit in your locker. Items left outside of lockers will be removed.
- If you used a cart from the locker room, please return it to the locker room.
- Check for children’s toys that may be left under furniture.
- If anything is broken, please be sure to report it to our community association manager: 417-860-9822.
