PRC Owner and Guest Parking
The PRC’s authorized parking spaces are located under the north and east side pergolas. All PRC owners and their guests must park in those spaces.
The WaterColor Community Association (WCCA) governs parking. With proper parking credentials, PRC owners are permitted to park in parallel parking pads, and other marked parking spaces throughout the Community. Parking is prohibited on the street, in pine straw, on sidewalks, or pathways. PRC owners should always display their WCCA Homeowner Parking Credentials in their vehicles. New Parking Signs in WaterColor Town Center
In early 2024, parking signage was installed in the Town Center in preparation for the launch of WaterColor’s new Passport Parking Program.
As part of the new program, parking in Town Center now requires hangtag credentials for condo owners and businesses, homeowner parking stickers, or a paid parking session from the Passport App, depending on where you park.
Please pay attention to the signs posted on WaterColor Boulevard South and in nearby lots to ensure you’re parking in a space designated for the public. Don’t forget to place your homeowner credential in your vehicle so you can park for free in paid parking lots.
