There are some rules we ask that everyone remember to make all owner’s and their gests have a great time at Watercolor

• NO PETS are allowed except service animals as defined in Florida Law.
• NO Smoking anywhere on the property
• Be sure to put your bike back in the a rack after using it.
• Plese put all trash in the cans located at the northern end of the building – When Leaving put all of your trash out before you leave.
• Maximum number of adults per unit is 6.
• No hanging towels on the balcony.
• Do not leave items on the balcony outside of your room.
• Be careful in the rooms with liquids like fingernail polish or other liquids that can mar the surface of the furniture.
• If you see something that needs repair please call the 24 hour service number.
