Please perform the following when you leave – it will help us keep costs down.

  • Take all trash out to the garbage cans at the north end of the building.
  • Check all draws and cabinets for anything you may have left
  • Count the wrist bands you are leavintg – if there are less than 6 you will be charged $50 for each missing band.
  • Load all dirty dishes into the dish washer and start the machine.
  • Check the washer and dryer for anything you may have left there.
  • Take all food out of the refrigerator and throw it away.
  • Put all dirty towels in the bathtub or shower in each bathroom.
  • Set the thermostat to 72 or higher in the summer or 68 or lower in the winter. This saves us on utlity costs.
  • Make sure the stove and oven are off
  • unplug the coffee pot
  • Check the TV – if you logged on to your account at Netflix or another service – you should log off or the next occupant can use your services.
  • Did you bring your own streaming stick for the TV? Remember to take that home.
  • Check the doors to the balcony, please leave them locked.
  • Turn all lights off
  • Any items left in the locker room must fit in your locker. Items left owtside of lockers will be disposed of.
  • If you used a cart from the locker room, please return it to the locker room.
  • Check for children’s toys that may be left under furniture.
  • If anything is broken please be sure to report it.
