The following are things to remember during your stay.

• NO Pets are allowed in the units except service animals as defined by Florida Law.
• There is a limit of 6 adults per unit.
• You have two biles per unit. The bikes are labeled with the unit number and the combination can be found in the Hospitality App
• For Primary and Secondary weeks the occupants may not be an owner but the owner is still responsible.
• Each unit has 6 wristbands in the unit. These are inventoried at the end of each stay and you will be charged $50 for each missing band.
• The fine for parking on the street or where you should not park is $100
• Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property.
