How can I purchase an ownership share?
The PRC units are bought and sold on the open real estate market, and the PRC Homeowners Board does not participate in listing or identifying units for sale.

Can units be rented?
Units cannot be rented under any conditions. Owners may give Primary or Secondary time to another person, but the owner remains responsible for any and all of their guests’ activity that occurs at their unit and in Watercolor.
Why do changes and repairs need to be made while units are occupied?
Repairs typically need to be made immediately. When air conditioners, washers, or dryers break, it is not possible to delay repair. We make significant effort to accommodate the schedules of current occupants, but occupants cannot refuse or delay repais.
